Strength & Balance 2

A mixture of tia chi, strengthening and stretching exercises designed to calm the body, mind and improve functional activities.  This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.

Poses stretches have all been modified for use on a mat of chair.  The class is great for building joint strength and body control, improving flexibility and balance.  

The session always finishes with some relaxation to promote mental wellbeing.
