A mixture of tia chi, strengthing and stretching exercises designed to calm the body, mind and improve functional activities.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Poses and stretches have all been modified for use on a mat or chair. The class is great for building inner joint strength and body control. Improving flexibility and balance. All great for energising the body as well as calming the mind. The session finishes with some relaxation to promote mental wellbeing.
